This year TOMS team has crossed the world’s deepest lake Baikal on a swift-sailing yacht as part of celebrations of the professional holiday – Metallurgists’ Day.
Well-coordinated efficient team work under unpredictable Baikal weather conditions allowed them to master challenging sail yachting, learn new skills, and exercise strengths of every crewmate.
